About Harbour House
Harbour House is an ambitious creative venue on Little Bedford Street, the result of a three-year restoration of what was once North Shields Indoor Market and later the Kasbah furniture warehouse, a short walk from the Fish Quay. As well as studios, retail, a bakery, coffee, a cocktail bar and wellness spaces, it offers a striking events and wedding venue, with The Dock providing River Tyne views, space for ceremonies and long-table dining.
Its blend of heritage architecture, riverside setting and independent, community-minded spirit makes it a distinctive choice for a wedding or celebration away from the usual hotel ballroom. As a newer venue it is worth enquiring early about wedding dates, packages and capacities.
