About This Event

Violinist Bradley Creswick, who led the Royal Northern Sinfonia until 2019, returns to the Old Low Light with Monkseaton pianist David Murray for a pre-Christmas concert. The programme includes Bach's Violin Concerto in A minor, excerpts from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, and Winter from Vivaldi's Four Seasons. The evening closes with Bradley's famously virtuosic Hungarian encores. Both performers have appeared at the heritage centre several times in recent years, and the organisers advise booking early. Doors open at 6pm; tickets are £18, or £15 early bird, plus a booking fee.
