The Beacon Centre is the main shopping centre in North Shields town centre, set around Bedford Street. Its tenants include high street names such as Specsavers, Greggs, Costa and the British Heart Foundation, alongside local businesses and services.
The centre is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5.30pm and on Sunday from 10am to 4pm, though individual stores set their own hours. Parking is available in the car park off Saville Street.
