About Jade Harrison School of Dance
Jade Harrison School of Dance opened in March 2006 and teaches from a purpose-built building at 242 New York Road in North Shields, with two large studios and a small on-site theatre. Classes begin at age three with pre-school ballet and acro tots, and run up through older age groups.
The school teaches ballet, Progressing Ballet Technique, lyrical contemporary, Broadway and musical theatre, tap and acrobatic arts, and is accredited with the Royal Academy of Dance, the International Dance Teachers Association and Acrobatic Arts, so pupils can work towards recognised graded exams.
