Pia's Artisan Bakery
Independent artisan bakery in the town centre producing bread, cakes and pastries.
About Pia's Artisan Bakery
Pia's Artisan Bakery is an independent bakery on Saville Street in the heart of North Shields, producing a full range of artisan breads, cakes and pastries. It grew out of its sister bakery, Eli's, expanding the family's baking into a dedicated town-centre shop.
Everything is made on a genuinely artisan footing, from proper sourdoughs and loaves to sweet bakes and pastries, and it has quickly become a favourite for anyone after real bread in the town. It is a welcome sign of the independent food scene spreading beyond the Quay.
