About Low Quay Brew Co.
Low Quay Brew Co. is an independent brewery and taproom on Northumberland Street, brewing its own beer a short way up from the Fish Quay. The taproom lets drinkers try the range at source, in the informal setting brewers do best.
In summer it opens an outdoor container-bar space, adding to the growing cluster of independent drinking spots around the Quay. For anyone following the local beer scene, it is a welcome addition to a town with a long brewing and ale-house history.
